Work It! is a life and work readiness program for young women and girls. Our goal is to prepare young people for the working world by providing tools to help them achieve their goals. In this program, we focus on helping students set realistic goals for their life; learn written and unwritten rules of social interactions; learn how money works to make financial decisions; and harness their interests, skills and talents to identify career paths, job search and get ready for work.
