Social InnovateHER 101

In order to create meaningful change, we need social innovation. Social innovation is about developing new strategies, concepts, and ideas that meet social needs and create positive change. We also need to make sure that our passion for creating change doesn’t burn us out. In Social InnovateHER 101, we  will explore a social change framework that focuses on the importance of showing up for ourselves, first, before going out into the world to create meaningful and sustainable social change. 

In this two-hour  workshop, you'll explore:

• The principles of social innovation and its importance in today's world.

• How centering yourself and your lived experiences can drive authentic and effective solutions.

• The potential of youth-driven innovation to address community and global challenges.

Learn to harness the power of social innovation and be a catalyst for sustainable change in your community and beyond.

• Eligibility: Women Girls (high school)

• Duration: 2 hours

• In-person workshops, programs and trainings held within 150 mile radius of Baltimore, MD only.

• Virtual sessions held via Zoom.
