To put it simply, I want add value in a fun, sassy way. PERIOD! We are going to Sasstopia University (Sass U) from this point forward to share useful resources, information and sassy wisdom to take with you on the journey to achieving your goals. There is a lot of information on these internet streets and it can be overwhelming to always navigate when you have a million other things going on. Are you familiar with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs? Maslow essentially says that we all have basic needs of food, shelter, safety, and clothing, but as we evolve, our needs evolve to the point where we become fully actualized beings that are not only surviving and thriving, but also looking at ways to make the world a better place. I model many of the ideas of Sassy | Chic | Geek after this hierarchy because it is still a very relevant and relatable framework.

Sass U will also be a place to go to exercise your mind. We’ll feature A LOT of brainteasers, trivia and other fun activities to test your knowledge and help promote brain health. What types of things would you like to learn at Sass U?
